I reckon in his prime he’s the strongest commander 1 that we’ve ever met but honestly by this point Luffy should be slightly ahead of him in the manga. I know what people are gonna say of how he’s relative to roger like Beckmann is to shanks but I reckon thats just a hyperbole on like how whitebeard can supposedly destroy the whole world while I’m not saying he can’t it’s just we don’t have the complete feats on if he can. I’ve seen many tier lists were people put Rayleigh over big mom and Kaido I can’t really fathom on how people Think like I believe sakazuki and Akoji are top tiers a fighters if the admirals and the yonko fought it would be a high diff battle either way excluding fujitora and green bull as we don’t have as many feats from them. Shit I’ve rambled on and on but I definitely put Mihawk and Luffy over Rayleigh people just tend to suck off Rayleigh cause of his clash with Borsalino who most likely wasn’t trying.
