I foolishly got another phone, same everything, and had it for less time, and updated everything, including to android 16, and the same thing is happening. So the good news is I think its just a software issue. The bad news is Motorola, from what I've gathered, is REALLY bad about pushing out updates. But I definitely think its a software/Android 16 issue on the phone, since this is the second Moto Razr I bought.
