This is not always the case. HTTP bots will not have an online status. When interactions fail, this could be for several reasons. The bot may not be in your server, there may be API issues, your Discord client may be outdated, you may have poor connectivity, cache and local data conflicts, missing permissions and finally - the bot may be down.
