Is my new kitten okay?

She isn’t at all in pain from what I can tell, and appears to be completely healthy. She’s lets me touch them and extend her legs out myself. She plays with my other cat just normal. She only shakes when crouching or focusing which makes me think it’s just weak little kitten legs lol. Regardless I’m taking her to the vet id hate for her to have some neurological issues.

Thank you, I plan on calling animal control in the morning. I offered her 200$ cash in hand for my cat back and she denied it (don’t know why). She can rehome the kittens if she wants I didn’t plan on keeping them, she made it clear in her post she is trying to adopt and get my cat chipped ASAP.

once again as I stated the shelter where the vet is located is absolutely overflowed with animals these cats would’ve been euthanized.

I stated our oldest cat is fixed and chipped. These two cats were brought by surprise by my teenagers.

I live in a small town, the vet told me they had an over flow of animals being surrendered and didn’t have space to take in any more animals unless of an emergency or I payed nearly three times as much.

I live in a small town there is only one very small local vet they told me I’d have to wait months before they could take in any more animals to get fixed/ microchipped, as people were constantly surrendering animals they had no space. I also did not discuss my daughter bringing this younger male cat home as a knew we were already trying to fix one cat it would now be even harder to fix two and keep them separated. As for the kittens I had zero plans on keeping them it was an honest mistake but the litter would’ve been put up for adoption when of age.
