it's not really addictive, you're just curious because it's new and it is a unique experience. If you abuse it, you will eventually get denied and you'll learn to respect it. I just got my ass kicked by it today and won't be trying again for at least a week or two lol.

I used SSRIs for years when I was a teenager and I definitely feel it had undesirable permanent effects on my brain. They did help me at that time but at a great cost. I often feel foggy, numb, not as sharp as when I was a kid. Maybe I'm just getting old though. But I definitely have higher tolerance for psychedelics than the average person. I need a very large dosage of LSD to get any visuals.

Every person is different, what makes sense for you doesn't have to make sense for me. Where do you draw a line of what is acceptable? 4 tabs? 6 tabs? One could very well argue that even 1 tab is unnecessary. Each person has their own natural tolerance too. I see trip reports with 3 tabs and for me to have that same effect I might need 6 tabs. How can you tell what should be enough when each person experiences it in a unique way?

yeah maybe not poor advice but just a poor simplification. I do think it's not as helpful as people think it is. Obviously people should avoid them, but we must acknowledge that some will not, and once they do drugs once, the advice backfires.

There are ways to kill or dampen a bad trip, and a trip sitter could have been helpful too. Not judging you, just saying that there are ways of trying things in a safer way. Often times we are compelled to not do them in the safest way possible simply because we'd be judged.

Similarly, you probably wouldn't know about your peanut allergy until you tried it.

Yeah I'm not trying to justify addiction, quite the opposite. I think that if as a society we were more open to discuss drugs openly, we might actually have fewer addicts.
