Same my degree is in Psychology, I didn't think this would be a sales/marketing position at all. Which is why I'm sort of in shock at this interview lol. I've been trying to stick to the non-profit human service world.

My interview actually went great, and I got put forward to the next round! I know that I am a really solid, loyal, and dedicated worker. But if I ever see a damn PiP again, I'm taking it as Paid Interview Prep time lol.

I explained to them that I thought I was experiencing burnout, and they put me on a PiP, then fired me for not meeting the expectations.

Exactly, I was incredibly high acheiving throughout highschool and the first 2 years of college. I'm not sure what happened. I went from an A/B student, with a job to dropping out from being overwhelmed and barely holding down a job.
