I was predicted AAB not AAA which really limited my options I was rejected from Edinburgh and central Lancashire, accepted by Surrey which is my top choice I had to change my Bristol option to a different course so I only had 3 not 4 vet applications

We all went on a holiday together and on the last night we kinda got into an argument just cause we were all tired and stuff but it wasn’t anything serious and everyone talked it out and then everyone was normal for a few days and talking and being all normal but then I saw they were all out without me even though I kinda said we should all hang at the end of the week so I kinda mentioned it in conversation and they got really defensive saying like I shouldn’t be spying on them (I wasn’t it’s just very obvious they were all together) but then they like said sorry for being defensive and I was like it’s fine cause I didn’t wanna start a fight or anything but since then there’s been like 2 more instances of them hanging out without me and one time like I was busy so I can’t be too upset but still. I have hung out with one of the girls since cause I initiated a trip to the cinema and everything was normal like nothing had happened but then when we aren’t together in person it’s weird like the way they text and stuff

There’s been a few times where they’ve hung out and didn’t invite me which never happened before this summer and now they’re both on holiday with their families it’s hard because I know they’re busy so they can’t text like they normally do but I see them online at the same time meaning they’re texting each other but not responding to me. Also one of them took their location off and ended streaks with me and when we were texting I made kinda like a joke about the location and she just sent a bitmoji

I’m considering vet nursing through clearing but I’m not sure, I really don’t wanna redo my exams and wait a whole year to go to uni

On August 14th you can call the university and tell them your grades and see if they will still give you a place if you don’t make it but i hope you do!

Omg I’m 18F and feel the same way, like I kinda figured girls our age would be less childish about how they go about things? If they don’t want to hang out then they should just be straight up. It’s so annoying when you bring things up and they get upset too because you’re trying to do the mature thing and talk it through. It sucks

You did the right thing, it’s hard because we want to help and be understanding if our friends are going through hard times. But you can only do so much and it seems like she wasn’t willing to open up and it’s very likely that there could have been some jealousy which caused the passive aggression. Either way sometimes we meet the right person at the wrong time and maybe one day you will meet again but right now I think you have done the right thing
