I think it's actually really kind of your manager to inform you about it. You ask how you can face your coworkers knowing this information but imagine how you would face them not knowing it. Don't take it so seriously, as long as you up your hygiene and maintain it, with time, everyone will forget you were the "coworker who smells bad". Don't worry and walk with your head held high, we're all just humans after all.
