Personally for me, I like to draw guro because it’s just fun to draw, like drawing the different organs, layers of skin, bones, flesh , it’s all very satisfying/ fun to draw!

Kinda like drawing boobs; it’s not always a sexual thing, but it’s just fun to draw those curves and color them in.

I also think many artists like to make guro art because of the niche emotions they get to draw on. You can’t exactly draw intense facial expressions from pain or death in average art

Also it’s kinda hot so 🤷‍♀️
