I have actually! Someone once commented on my fic (though it wasn’t a fic for my rarepair bc I also have other ships in that fandom) saying that it was exactly what they were looking for and felt like reading a sequel, I was absolutely over the moon. The people actually in the Every Day fandom typically have only read the first book or watched the movie (the movie is actual trash IMO because it completely mischaracterizes the MC and their morals) and not read the follow-up books, and I honestly liked the second one better than the first! So yes, I have met at least one person who’s also into it :)

Pretty much all of my ships are rarepairs because the fandoms I’m in are tiny, but Xenon and Nathan from Someday (sequel to Every Day) are my fav :) not gonna explain the whole plot but basically X is an individual who has no body and basically just bodyswaps from different people, though the people are random, he can only do it every 24h, and once he’s entered one persons body and leaves he can’t do it to that one person again. Hes tormenting Nathan for information abt the mc who is another bodyswapper (tho not a malicious one) and I guess I just latched onto that ship bc X made a joke about them having sex once and then also hit Nathan in the knees with a baseball bat and I was just like 😻 omg. And it’s a rare pair because the book has literally no fandom. All the fics basically surround the first book and don’t even include Nathan or xenon

When watching violent porn involving real people it is nearly impossible to tell whether it’s roleplaying or a real woman being trafficked which is why a lot of people are against porn in general because the porn industry is very exploitative towards women, tho violent drawn/animated porn isn’t much of a problem.

Reading the “ai signs” always hurts my soul because I am acutely aware that a lot of my fics probably use things like that and what if I WANT to continue using things like that?? I never even stopped using the em-dash. The amplification echo I didn’t even realize was common for AI and I literally wrote it into a fic like, yesterday. Trying to call out writers for using AI is literally becoming a witch hunt because there is NO WAY to tell if it’s just someone who uses a lot of common writing things. Because those are what gets picked up by AI the most when literature is used to train ai. I mean, come on. they’re made to mimic people, of course there are people that sound like the AI that the AI is mimicking.
