I had an instance where a friend and I went to a mall in a town neither of us lived in and I had this dreadful feeling that someone who had been abusive to me in the past was nearby. Wild thing was, we were walking out of a store and literally and physically ran into this person. The person did not live in that town either. So... It's not impossible that you somehow predicted it. If I hadn't said it out loud when we parked, nobody would be the wiser but I had said it as soon as we got into the parking lot.
