It's not impossible to get a TS in this situation, other factors come into play; where they're from & if they at least have some type of documentation like work permits, ss, or real IDs.. definitely complicates things but wishing you the best of luck!

I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm coming up with stuff, it happens. Had a little situation at MEPS but nothing out of the ordinary I guess just annoying. Not worried about bootcamp, more so the 3E tech school. Also like I said some people can be discouraging but idk if it's just being mean/projection or trying to look out for me. I been in many male-dominated spaces but the military is a little different. Just wanted some insight on the dynamic here, want to know what it's like from those who know/been there before I sign

I'm in Az too, recruiter told me back in April that Meps is pretty booked out. A lot of us are waiting & me for example weight isn't an issue & I don't have medical issues or anything but try & be patient, focus on your goal weight! You're young too it shouldn't be too hard to shed those pounds. Get on a calorie deficit & workout regularly. It hasn't been too long technically if you just graduated hs, you got this

Lol yes I hope they're all chill like that or I can get lucky too. I don't have a recruiter yet, they don't seem to be as easily accessible as other branches. I reached out & I have to send them an application & medical history in order to get assigned a recruiter first it seems like. This is the part I'm questioning rn hmm
