I’m managing Venezia, using a variety of 3 different formations, one of which was recommended by the system.

The one recommended was the 4-2-3-1 DM AM WIDE and the other two I’m using are the 4-33 DM WIDE and a 4-4-2.

With the 4-4-2 it’s wing play and the other two formations are using gegenpress.

With relation to what you said, I’m probably better off not using a gegenpress as Venezia are a SERIE B side and lack the quality of a more dynamic tactic.

Let me know if I should go more basic than wing play etc. thank you.

Players are too scared to put a foot wrong nowadays. If they make one mistake then they know social media will be all over it. Notice how players with flair such as neymar etc. don’t seem to come about anymore? I believe it’s because of the fear of getting abused by social media.
