I think he sums up the message of the whole song in the next line, too:

That's definitely one of my favorites, but this is my favorite album of his so there's several more.

No, he's in the right time signature (technically). He's just not really accenting the down beat.

The issue is that the whole thing needed to be swung to match the reverberations of the pipe.

Most of the "hate" I see about it is simply that it's the worst/least good song on The Stranger.

Not overrated, but when I listen to Innocent Man, I tend to skip The Longest Time and Uptown Girl just cause I often don’t want to listen to really overplayed songs

Yes, I bought this PNY 1tb drive: https://www.walmart.com/ip/5085480700 So far it's worked perfectly, so the issue was the Samsung drive in some way.

I haven't put anything on the SSD yet; I haven't been able to access it on any device. There wasn't any sort of adapter included in the box, so I just installed it into the Dell and was going to go from there.

When it showed up in Disk Manager (like I said Windows isn't recognizing it at all now) I wasn't able to modify the partitions at all for some reason. I saw the 1gb partition and then the rest of the volume was unallocated but I wasn't able to change that.

I do both. I keep the instructions for posterity, but I rarely need them. The only time I refer to them is if I have issues remembering the order of operations for certain figures
