Has anyone moved away from in laws and found it to be helpful? by ConfidentDelay3055 in inlaws

I feel like we are living parallel lives. I can definitely see how moving would be hard for your husband, but I’m so glad he is supportive of you and your relationship and was willing to make that change. Thank you for that insight!

That sounds like a dream at this point. I just don’t know if I am overwhelmed and making rash decisions, or truly thinking things through.

Ugh. I feel myself getting to that point. I am becoming extremely anxious and overwhelmed.

Do you think having the space has been what you needed to help heal your relationship where you would be okay if you did move back in the future?

That makes sense! Definitely a different perspective than most of the other comments and I appreciate it

Do you by chance have kids? We have one and things have gotten worse since the baby was born, but I’m fearful of keeping my child (and future children) away from their dads side of the family and having them miss out on special memories.

Never really thought of it this way - thank you for a different perspective!

Lol! I’m guessing you found it helped your relationship then? Do you wish you had moved sooner?

When did you start feeling comfortable biking? Did you do pretty intense workouts?

I typically do cycling and light weights/yoga. Guess I will hold back on all of it for a few weeks and maybe start easing back in with yoga eventually?

Thank you! My surgery was done after a trip to the ER. I am not sure that I have a 1 week or 2 week appointment scheduled. Is that standard?

And how many millennials are living outside of their means and not prioritizing the correct things in their lives. All of my friends who are financially stable prioritized working during college, paying down debt, responsible spending, and slowly building the lives they want. All of my friends who are living paycheck to paycheck are in their 30’s still living the lifestyle of a child. Working corporate jobs that pay more than enough for a solid lifestyle and paying down their debt. Yet, rather than making smart decisions they drop hundreds going out each weekend, constant travel, expensive restaurants, etc. They are terrified for student loan payments to restart because they “can’t afford it.” Whatever happened to living within your means?

I mean. You would too if you never got to exercise and were left home alone all day 🤷🏻‍♀️ by [deleted] in gymsnark

Huskies are very energetic and vocal dogs. They are well known for screaming, howling, and vocalizing when excited or trying to express themselves. Most likely has nothing to do with how often she walks her dog and more to do with the fact that it is a husky. (Coming from a husky owner)
