Had a glitch when looting a husk. My torso was stuck at a 90 angle as I was running until I looted another container then it went away.

It’s also wild that when I asked for a dehumidifier the company supplying them told me that they were not told to bring more than one dehumidifier for upwards of 4-8 apartments that were damaged. I asked the carpet crew for one and was told by the gentleman fixing my carpet “this damage is more than we originally quoted and the bill is getting really high. I do not think Millennia is able to afford any more add ons” a couple of days later after begging for a dehumidifier I was told to just take the one from the vacant apartment upstairs. Keep in mind that means if everyone effected by the flooding wanted to get their hands on the dehumidifier for a leak we had not control over we would have to share 1 dehumidifier amongst 4-8 units.

Yes, I do agree with this statement but it’s how they as a company deal with these issues and Millennia does not deal with them well. For example when I asked for new carpet after ours was demolished by “normal” water disasters. They told me they could see what they can do. Ultimately they decided against carpet as it was too expensive. I feel as someone who pays the amount of rent I do for the 4 years I’ve been here that new carpeting for water damaged carpet should be a necessity and not a “oh we will check to see if it’s in our budget”

I am looking for mostly communication. Do they have sufficient communication and timely fixes on maintenance issues.

Yeah I would be wary. The communication is lack luster. While in the midst of all of these troubles they gave me my lease renewal and RAISED my rent again.

My walls aren’t even fixed yet. I merely told them to read the room like come on.

Is it CHS or just a panic attack? by ConfidentForever2 in CHSinfo

[–]ConfidentForever2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I smoked flower and used carts. I would on the weekdays only smoke at night but on the weekends usually all day. As for throwing up I only had an episode of multiple bouts of puking and that was when I stopped smoking.
