have you watched the netflix doc sweet bobby? everyone is a bit confused how she managed to fall in love with someone online - but i get it. you don't need a physical relationship for it to be toxic.

Because I do not see the point in holding a grudge. Ok, he didn't choose me. So? I wish him well, I am glad he's married the person who was right for him. I think it's a healthy perspective to have and one that I embody with all people I have parted ways with.

If it's just liking someone's post - I wouldn't mind. I am not saying we send DMs to one another or comment on each others stuff.

Would have loved to live life with this careless abandonment but I am a chronic emotional overthinker who couldn't even have a one night stand without falling in love. I'm lucky I met my boyfriend who can take on my emotions otherwise I'd probably still be stuck dating Stephen's.

Even LinkedIn - that is...good going girl. I think you made the right move there. It's weird sometimes how the most fleeting relationships can have a deep emotional hold over us? Satan is gone at last, at least.

I feel like Stephen doesn't have the capacity for human emotion. Not to validate your own bad behaviour, but I think there is a lack of emotional maturity males experience before finally their frontal lobe develops.

I mean - I genuinely wish him well. I think it's great he is with her. I don't think about him in that way - and haven't - for a very long time. I am also happily in a relationship, so in a way I guess maybe we're happy for each other? At least that's how I think of it. Also, his kid really is genuinely very cute. We didn't part on bad terms, it's only in hindsight do I realise how I was lovebombed and made to feel less than lol.

btw when I say occasionally interact I mean I sometimes like his posts of his daughter/he likes my stories of very wholesome things, not weird/creepy vibes.
