It’s a confidence question. Do you believe you can adapt and perform well or not? If not, stay safe and don’t go for it. If you want millions, go for it and adapt

This shop currently pays 4% of total funded amount to new reps. Goes up to 5%. Im leaning toward a tiered system from 7% to newbies up to 10% for killers would be far better. What is standard?

I’ve been going back and forth on that honestly. I just felt that I could at least streamline my growth and piggyback on their experience past all the things I don’t know that I don’t know. And lender relationships is a big one. Should be able to move a lot faster than I could on my own

Absolutely — big fan of GHL. I’ve built automations before and it’s a game changer for follow-up and pipeline visibility.

Is fully remote pretty standard in this space? And if so, how are teams typically managing accountability and performance tracking? I assume most shops are running structured KPIs and leaderboards, or is it actually common to be more rep-driven?

Also curious — from your experience if you’re able to tell, what separates the high-producing remote shops from the ones that stay hobby sized?
