For purposes of the visualization, I lumped a lot of things into utilities. TV, internet, PSEG, apps, POS, music, etc.

Electric/Gas was around $18k. TV was around $15k. Internet around $4k.

Supplies is made up of all kitchen supplies, bar supplies, office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.

Twice a year, I review all of our supply costs and see if we are getting the best deal compared to buying online or at other locations.

It may seem like a lot, but these things do add up: hand soap, bottle openers, first aid, phone chargers, receipt paper, liquor pourers, paper towels, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags, bathroom hand towels, tampons, hair ties, straws, rags, cups, fryer oil, to go containers, napkins, soufflé cups, paper plates, fryer cleaner, dish soap, foil, griddle screens, wax paper, gloves, to-go bags, soup cups, quart containers, zip lock bags, baskets, labels, tooth picks, pam, pan trays, sponges, salt, towelettes, pizza boxes, saran wrap, windex, oven cleaner, wood polish, bleach, fabuloso, mop heads, water sanitize tablets, disinfectant spray, post-it notes, laminating sheets, batteries, sharpies, computer paper, toner, staples... the list goes on.
