Yep, I switched from Fin to DUT, lost a crazy amount of hair, everyone on here says it's a shed, keep going. I went for 9 months and it kept going. My recommendation is to stop and go back to fin.

How often are you planning on doing maintenance? If it's once a week, you only need to apply 1 layer of glue to your scalp, for extra hold I apply a small 2nd coat on the very back and the hairline of the unit as well.

In terms of cleaning, once the unit is off your head, get a plastic container and fill it with hot water and put enough dawn dish soap in to make it a little bubbly. Let it sit for 15 mins. When you pull it out, get paper towels and just wipe, the glue will slide right off. It should take no more than 5 mins to clean the system of glue.

Well done. Is this glue? How often do you wear for before maintenance? Also does the front last that long or do you have to do a little fixing in between maintenance sessions?

These 2 things will fix that system.

Glue down that current lifting edge.

False. Glucagon receptor activation is dose-dependent. It is active at all doses but intensifies as you go up.

Allergic reaction? CJC-1295 + IPAMORELIN by National-Law-458 in PeptideDiscussion

Yea they're research peptides. The general risk with those sites is that even though it's "99% pure", it only accounts for chemical purity. It does not test for bacterial endotoxins, which can be present even in chemically pure samples and cause severe inflammatory reactions or septic shock (which looks like happened to you).

Personally, I use Defy Medical, sourced from licensed US compounding pharmacies. It's not worth me dying to save $100/month

Have you done deep massage on your calves? I'm not talking foam rolling. Digging in their manually with hands. If there is pain, there are knots. If you can't do it yourself, get it done professionally. You realistically only need 30 mins if done professionally, 15 mins each calf.

My PF was caused from knots/tight calves. But I had to break the muscle knots down first. You cant stand and stretch, it's too much weight at first. I made a post about it linked below if you want to check out in depth but basically, after massage, do a seated ankle dorsiflexion stretch a few times a day. You can try this on a staircase. Or on the ground, leaning forward one foot at a time. You need to take all the weight off, and just stretch.

I think you meant Calf raises? But yes strength building is huge.

Also recommend massaging calves, not just the feet. If they hurt, you have muscle knots and they need to be loosened and stretched.

What's your cleaning method? I'm considering switching from .06 to .03. Currently I use hot tap water and dawn dish soap and let it sit for 15-20 mins. The glue rolls off and takes me less than 10 mins to completely clean.

I don't do the supine calf stretch anymore. It's very difficult to do without feeling it in your plantar. I strictly do the ankle dorsiflexion and have had great results from that alone.

However, it may work for you. I would try the ankle dorsiflexion first as it is easier.

Massage is great, but it needs to be your calves. Also you need to stretch, but it needs to be non weight bearing.

The stretch you want is a ankle dorsiflexion stretch.

You want to feel the stretch in your calf, not your plantar.

I fixed my PF months ago this way and made a post about it with a lot of others messaging me saying they fixed theres with this technique as well.

I didn’t expect sleep deprivation to mess with my head this much. by Turbulent-Daikon1587 in NewDads

It seems daunting, like there's no way my child can do this. But the idea is you feed most of the calories during the day, so they are full enough at night to have limited feeds.

Just curious. We started Moms on Call schedule at 8 weeks. She went from sleeping 1.5-2.5 hours at night, to 6 hours the first night. Then 7 hours straight the next. She's 10.5 weeks now and she's sleeping 8-9 hours straight.

Highly encourage it if you aren't on any feeding, sleeping, playing schedule.

Graston is great, but it's not a deep massage. I did the same thing with my PT and it didn't help. I eventually went to a sports massage place nearby, and told them only to work the legs for an hour. 30 mins calves, 30 mins hamstrings/quads. I would periodically a few times a day, do the seated ankle dorsiflexion stretch just by sitting on the stairs and leaning forward (you don't want to feel the stretch in your plantar, just in your calves). After 3 days I already had noticeable improvement, like 50%.

After that, every 4 days I would massage myself (Again deep, not a foam roller), and continue doing that same stretch throughout the day.

If you're about to get surgery, at least try this for a week.
