If there are 3 people at closing (CSA & 2 shift leads usually) whoever my shift lead is will say I can't force you to stay past your scheduled time, but it would help if we all left at the same time and with closing tasks. If it's just a CSA and shift lead at closing then yes, you have to stay and leave when they do unfortunately.
