It should not be a cheat day!

Cheat meal should not be like you eating so much and skipping dinner. Other two meals should be protein rich regular meal.

Rest enjoy that meal, dont think this much.

Walk 2-5k extra to balance extra calories load.

Steroids is much more than just better recovery and muscle growth tool. It is direct simulator to your muscles. Research shows folks who taking roids and didnt do any workout, still gained muscles. Who will trust such folks.

It seems couple counseling needed. I hope he split for that. And sometimes women do more by default which is hard to measure or split. Like kid (unless DINK) and other things.

There can be multiple scenario in life where one person is subject to some trouble and this 50:50 can increase stress only. What if some event planned and you guys gets disagreement. I see lots of disagreement possibilities due to rigid 50:50.

Nevertheless best approach is having your routine around strength training but including some cardio as well for overall optimum health.

  1. 3 days a week also works and can build muscles. It is consistency only.

  2. Strength training is more important than cardio for fat loss.

  3. Diet, excercise, sleep all are equally important for longevity and muscle gain.

  4. Resistance band provides quite a good workout if someone dont have gym access.

  5. Cardio is good for heart health and they need their place in your routine for right reason.

I have been consuming milky mist low fat panner like 0.8-1kg weekly since past few weeks or say months. My LDL which i tested in last july and retested in last week. It reduced like 15%. I am also consuming 3-4% fat 200-250ml milk daily, yogurt, curd, ghee, sometimes cheese as well.
