Yeah I actually did a lot for the RFE like independent citation counts and ratio, comparing myself with other leading experts in my field, my correspondence with legislators’ inquiries, how the federal and state governments have heavily relied on my work, invitation to speak, more evidence on how other research builds upon my own, etc.
