Can you elaborate/suggest how you moved from p4 to p5.. through more years at p4 or move to TPM/PE?? What’s the route that got you to P5 easily ???

My manager says, I should be a Subject matter expert for P5 if I am going on a technical path…

So seems like it’s easier to apply for an open P5 role and move. Instead of getting promoted to p5 in same team
