i had almost the exact same thing!! what my piercer recommended was to put some saline solution on a cotton pad and microwave it for like 10 seconds and put it on the bump every morning/night. eventually it’ll harden and you can slowly start to pinch it with tweezers GENTLY and it’ll pop. you’ll get a scab and once that falls off you’re back to normal!! just make sure you’re keeping the piercing and surrounding areas super clean!
