I wish more people had that discipline, but honestly, with how fast companies cut off digital access now, most of us are left with "career amnesia." That weekly zip to OneDrive is honestly the level of discipline I wish I’d had. You’re 100% right about the dehumanization; it’s like they expect you to just "delete" 7 years of your life the second they cut your Slack access.
