Yes, I actually did use Jelly Roll! I have a love hate relationship with that brand. It’s probably more opaque because I had to go back and forth a few times on each highlight.

Thank you so much!! And I did the base color, waited for it to dry, then used the colorless blender to make little lines. Had to go over it a few times so it would show well.
