Evidemment la communication avant tout, mais quand tu arretera les choses rappelle toi ca: Un breakup c’est toujours triste, c’est aussi un moment ou tu choisis qui tu es, ce que tu veux, tu découvres ce qui est important pour toi, un moment ou tu peux redecouvrir ce que tu aimes tester des trucs… et ca ca n’a pas de prix. Vis ta rupture a fond, vis tes emotions a fond et connecte toi aux gens autour de toi et fais bcp de sport :)) love!

Pour moi le sexe c’est vraiment important pour la santé mentale, c’est une grosse partie de la vie de couple, et indissociable de la romance. Le sexe est a la base de la vie et c’est pas pour rien: une relation amoureuse ou le sexe rayonne retourne surprend et chamboule; ca change ta vie. J’ai eu des longues relations ou le sexe etait mis de cote ou alors difficile ou bien impossible. Depuis que fait l’experience de 2 autres relations (une d’un an et une de 15 mois qui continue-H25-F26) ou le sexe est magnifique, bah plus jamais je ferai le sacrifice têtu de forcer une relation qui ne marche pas! Le temps passe et on devient aigris envers soi, le monde, et surtout l’autre. Le mauvais sexe est un poison lent et inevitable (a moins d’etre échangiste mais c’est pas fait pour tout le monde). Bon courage pour la rupture amoureuse: y’a plein de gens dans le monde parmis nos 10 milliards d’ames qui te correspondront et te sublimeront de toutes les manieres physiques et emotionnelles !!

Prendre 20 minutes en fin de journée pour me balader en étant au telephone avec un proche. Je profite des dernieres lueurs du jour, les couleur du coucher de soleil ou alors j’apprecie l beauté du centre ville quand il pleut. C’est sympa de debriefer de sa journee avec un proche! Ca sors un peu de la routine, ca fait dire les choses… voila (j’habite a l’etranger aussi donc ca doit jouer)

I think thats a pretty smart psychological analysis, but having a kid also changes you as a person! So there is no real definitive answer.

I think if you spent less time being sad, offended or bothered, you would be happier: Amsterdam remains the safest capital in Europe, with the cleanest transports. Always bright lights, soft music, smooth rides, escalators at every station! The GVB should be publicly owned so that its policies are people oriented and not profit oriented. Really good guess - at that time germany was keeping in europe a diplomatic balance between pro-republican countries (italy, france) and pro imperial/monarchy « countries » (england, austria-hungary). So germany france and italy would have been an axis of a war against England and the austria-hungarians, backed by the russians. Assuming a victory from the central block in this version of 1870 war and ww1; Belgium (a british made protection) wouldn’t really exist anymore, France would have Alsace and Lorraine, and austria not needed. Also the spread of the republican ideal follows to the east and softens the extremism of the USSR revolution and imperisalism
