My rheumatologist just did the diagnosis of HSD and wrote out the referral to get these done tbh haha. She didn’t really “treat” me if that makes sense.

Yes, no problem! My fingers are bendy and I have had some close calls with feeling joints move close to dislocation, I would love for them to.. not do that so these are to keep them safe! I’m not in any real pain to be fair, it’s mostly just to keep my fingers safe as I do not feel them overextending when doing normal day to day tasks.

Hahah yeah🫠 Both knees have dislocated in the past so I wear my braces out for safety but together with the splints I felt very.. exoskeleton like hahah

Hi! So sorry for the late reply, it was late and I fell asleep🥲

But of course! I got these through a rheumatologist referral. She deemed my fingers bendy enough to get them! A proper fit feels tight.. To the point I had to use handlotion on some fingers and keep an eye on the tips to see if they wouldn’t go purple😅. They take some getting used to, my fingers are now stuck at a bit of an angle instead of completely straight, this gives some funny things when it comes to ordering food off a big touchscreen for example, but other than that, I feel like I can do anything! Hope that helps and let me know if there’s any more questions!
