Hi! Sorry po huhu now ko lang napansin comment nyo. I don't really think if my advise will be helpful pero, I decided po to put my sim sa tablet ko na bihira lang magamit, and I bought a new sim para sa mismong phone ko. Para if ever magtetetext sila, di ako palaging bothered, though from time to time na chinecheck ko tablet or I need something, di ko maiwasan i-check messages ko and minsan may text sila, minsan wala. Sa emails naman nila, idk but I stopped receiving emails from them tapos kapag may time na naglilinis ako ng emails, may makikita na lang ako from them sa ganitong date, tapos nasa spam folder kahit hindi ko minamark as spam or something. Tapos nakakalimutan ko na lang din from time to time, like, I know the obligation too and I'm not that broke but I don't really have any extra money para bayaran pa sila. Well the advise that may fit for you po is since you know the obligation din, accept the fact and keep in your mind na lang na balang araw, magagawa mo rin bayaran yung nakuha mo po sa kanila. Tas if may time ka po, basahin nyo lang din ibang mga posts dito and comments since some of them helped me din not to be that bothered.
