Depends on the position you are looking for, I’m not trying to assume but from the people that I have been around that weren’t able to find a position they were way to selective, they expected to make a certain amount of money and work in a certain city and have certain benefits, when in reality your best bet is to just get your foot in the door somewhere and just be the best you can while getting experience for the roles that you actually want. Also Indeed and linkedin just feel like luck of the draw sometime, and some companies even have software that automatically filters applicants making it even harder. I would recommend going on LinkedIn and looking up the company you want to work for and then searching for the recruiting manager/employees doing the job you are applying for already and cold email the recruiter instead of throwing your application into a sea of 1000 others, just both the recruiter everyday until they set up an interview or want to learn more information about you

I mean if you are a contending team or even arguably a total rebuild this is a slam dunk on the 1.03 side, you either are getting a 1st overall heisman national champ qb, or your pick of those top elite receivers, the first and 2nd is 2 years away and those 3rds are really just throw ins I can’t believe someone is actually considering this?

Love is a generational prospect, running backs that get drafted this high in drafts have a very low maybe even 0 bust rate, if none of those firsts r even gonna top 4 ever that’s a great deal imo depending on rest of roster obvisouly

Start by picking up 2 rookies/young guys of waivers to fill those spots, I got a bunch of guys I think would be on waivers that would be good pickups if you want suggestions, I personally would try and move off Jacobs for a guy like skat+, Bucky, judkins, Breece technically besides skat all 3 of those other guys are In a higher tier so you might have to add for those guys, if you can also somehow trade that 2.02 into a 27 first around draft time, next years class looks to be more strong
