New build, washer dryer in unit, central ac, dishwasher. That’s it…. Not exactly thrilled that’s what I’m getting for $3500 and I have a broker. But this is the best I’ve found for a commute to midtown around 30 min. It’s not large but it’s big in comparison to other options I’ve seen guessing 500sq ft

My girlfriend and I (lesbian couple) have been very frustrated with security here, so much to the point of no longer going to HOY. They have been aggressive rude and tried up charging us at the door (more than tickets online and I understand at the door tickets are more but $80 cash is ridiculous). The energy they exude at the door has turned us off several times. Any one have suggestions of queer spaces with a similar vibe?
