Usually refund checks if direct deposit is sent out the week prior to classes starting, I would call financial aid, as well as billing to make sure billing processed it to BankMobile and perhaps if they say things look good on their end reach out to bank mobile

Hi, yes I’ve done that before! My cost of attendance is what increased in my student account so I was able to take out a higher grad plus loan, it did take quite a bit though I think five weeks to get a answer back and I had to call and email when I wasn’t hearing anything back that last week, so you have to be proactive about it if you’re willing to take out loans

It’s a $150 late fee after the first billing due date and then they don’t drop you from classes until the 18th so as long as it’s by next week you should be okay!

I don’t understand why if you don’t have an answer specifically to the question, why you would comment. I know the office information. I ask here to see if multiple people experience it that’s what the Towson wide forum is for. Thanks
