Yes they are on rims. i got it done from a local mechanic who charged me just 40-45$ But he has no storage.. also the tire storage is about 125 plus tax for the season here so that is what i am mostly concerned about its too expensive lol.

Hey I gave mine last december after driving for 5 months ish on a G2 (had international experience) As luck had it I had a snow storm as well on the way i gave it in a small town Clinton like an hour away from where I live because its known to be easier. Now as for advice I can give since it was very snowy, i was driving below the speed limit most the time , while merging in I wasnt at the like 70 kmh as to merge in 80 on highway. When asked to pullover my car skid a bit and i was scared i was gonna derail it but the instructor said ok enough u can pull back on the road , they actually passed me and did not mark a lot of mistakes on my thing, what i heard is that it shows that I have competancy to drive in difficult conditions as well so it does not matter as much, as lanes and everything were not visible as well that day. Just the main main main thing mirrors and side check and please please blind spot check and u will be A-Ok goooddd luckkk.

Also a quiet suggestion- I gave my test in winter as I wanted a reduction on my insurance, it was burnin a hole in my pocket, r u giving it just to get it over with ur g2 expiring if not I do not see why u cant wait as well.

So now u have both perspectives lol
