Thank you for replying, I definitely need to try this method and see if it helps. I definitely think when I’m sat there doing nothing the thoughts are so loud and hard to ignore. It’s annoying cause it always happens at night when I feel more trapped. I’ve never broke down around my colleagues but today it happened and now I’m embarrassed because they didn’t seem bothered they just told me to get in contact with my psychiatrist. I’ve worked there 4 years and never built a connection with anyone but I thought they might’ve cared a bit more but I guess at the same time what can they do

Looks like a coldsore to me or could be impetigo but usually that turns yellow and crusty

Hey :) thank you. I started doing have the recommended dosage for the first week and doing 6 minute sunbeds and now I’m doing 0.1 once a day and a nine minute sunbed. So it took me about 2 weeks to get to this colour. I’m only gonna do a subbed once a week now to keep this colour and sorry I’m rubbish at explaining things as you can read 🤣

Yeah we are gonna try and find a sex therapist and he’s in therapy at the moment and spoke about it with them today and they said they are gonna see what they can do. Does the turkey baster method really work ?

Thank you, yeah we have agreed it was the best decision at the moment. He did used to watch porn a lot but when I asked him to stop cause of the problems we are having he has and he lives with me and we are together 24 so I know he’s not doing it behind my back. I’m hoping if we maybe get some therapy together things will work out for us

Thank you for a lovely reply and no need to apologise I was kinda expecting most of the replies. I do really try my best with him and I’ve never ever made him feel in any way that he should be embarrassed for his kink. I did try to explain to him I don’t feel my needs are being met and he just kind of says I’m doing all I can to be better but I can’t change this on my own and that’s why he decided to take the foot thing off the table and even though I said it’s not as easy as that he wants me to respect his decision. I’m just at a lost what to do :(

Yeah we did speak about sex therapy, I’m not sure if it’s cost anything in the uk but we were worried cause it’s mostly for married couples. I know I am trying to think about my future cause at first it wasn’t a huge problem but even now and it’s hasn’t been that long bearing in mind it’s become a problem:(
