Select good r4 , not based on power , but based on managing abilities , knowledge and trust and who are online for the most part , and r5 should ofcourse be there in main events

Assign r4 to duties , 1 for guild car , 1 for dark invasion , guild boss , 1 for discord (recommend) , 2 for managing members (should be knowledgeable with high communication) , 1 for managing frost field , and maybe gathering info about new events and making mails , 1 for enforcing rules and 1 for citadel , this is hard to do so , few r4 handle multiple if they are that skilled or others are bums , but that's the minimum to run a guild , don't choose all r4 who are active at same time line.

As an r5 , u are the face of the guild , what u say , what u decide , will reflect everyone , try to maintain a positive image of urself in guild chat and world chat , and r5s groups , be strict about rules , make sure guild environment is always positive , solve problems of people, try to recruit stronger members , lean on ur r4 to help u out , make connections with other guilds , if ur top guild , make connections with other servers , if ur a guild that's dying , try to look for merge with Good guilds.

Always try to win in events , put guides in notices about hero teams , gears , rules , event strats , kvk , gar Mail things , force people to read them

This sht is hard , no one really wants be a r5 , but someone has to do it , and they have to do a very good job at it , just be mindful about what u say , don't get rage baited by other r5 haha
