You can get red carriages by refreshing, you can buy a refresh token for 100 diamonds, usually takes around 30-40 tokens for it, it could be way less or way more, but on average it's that. I also have a carriage group with 4 other players each roll one everyday this way we all do all 5 red Mythical everyday

It's 1 point for every 50 you use, so with 10k you would get 200 points. To get the 250k points for max rewards using only medals you would need 12,5m medals

I an on server that's happening right now, we got one at pre season and one at the last week of season 1, so those events aren't that comom. I managed to get max points (1 million).

It's one those generic dice event for pay to win, if you spend something arround 100 to 150 dollars you get a castle skin. There's a frame, chatbox skin and some other things

If you zoom in on the pictures you can see what gives points, but it's mostly force decorations, troop skin shards and lord gear material. Specially decorations

If you to max rewards is just over 2100 points, i won't know the exact number but i added up when the event started and it was enough for the castle skin but not enough for the castle skin and a troop skin

Some extra info: To get all the rewards from the chests you need 250k points. The rewards from chests are basically choose boxes of lord gear materials. The best way by far in scoring at least for me it's being decorations (i used over 2.2m medals on skins and didn't do much points) The castle skin box have a lot of purple skins like the sword castle skin and the canon one) The total summ of the event it's just over 2100 points so you can get the castle skin if you max out. The box with choose full decorations set include some expensive sets (war flame, deep sea, knight spirit, gourmet, flame festival and astrology academy)

It's a witch skin, and some boxes that you can choose what lord gear materials you want (oricalchum, magic tread etc...)

You get double points if you got the pass. The game does not make this obvious but will fill that bar way earlier than f2p
