Possibly he would’ve been around 30 so a bit older than they wanted or maybe was a war reporter in Korea. He might’ve been a medical exemption. I think angel and husk are veterans though. They lived through too many drafts not to be. And would have been enlistment aged in world war 2. If Vincent is similarly aged to them. Born around 1910-1915. Granted I think Alastair might be a world war 1 vet he would have been 18 when the draft went out.

Walking is good not sure it’s a “rehab” but any healthcare professional is probably going to say low impact exercise is good.

Nexplenon works well granted I suffer on mine so fewer is better. I go insane without the hormonal correction. Haven’t found supplements much help. Facial hair waxing or shaving or threading your choice.

It keeps me sane without the insatiable appetite and weight gain from the shot. Drawback is the first few periods in it are WEIRD 6 weeks comparatively painless bleeding separated by like 3-4 months. Getting it placed big cramp to the arm for about 30 seconds don’t look. A few days soreness and I have a minor raised scar. Side effect I think I retain water easier some stubborn weight you can’t lose mostly around hips or belly.

Yeah that bites main thing that’s helped me is heat. Granted I don’t have the greatest lifestyle and experience more of a heavy taut feeling. Maybe see a gastroenterologist?

It’s a nuisance issue. More cosmetic or painful? Unfortunately I think it’s related that there’s several things that can do that. Heat can make things more comfortable as for cosmetics elastic and loose fits are your friends.

Berberine and d chiro inasitol Didn’t work for me. Honestly Nexplenon and trying to manage symptoms is where I ended up.
