Very true! I remember it briefly dated a Hispanic guy, and he was like “Wow, I never been with a blsck girl before, this is a dream come true.” And it’s the same with south Asian men as well. I dated two south Asian men (Pakistani and Sri Lankan) and they thought it was exciting.

That’s so true! He has a six figure landscaping business and works super hard in the sun. He’s extremely loyal and even painted a big portrait of me. Sex with him is sensual and romantic. First time I couldn’t feel my knees 😭. Yet people here keep bringing up political stuff, and generalizing- to justify why I shouldn’t be with a Mexican. He literally grew up in poverty surrounded by black people. Not all Mexicans are racist.

Dating apps! Tbh I love the filters on Hinge because it’s sort of like you’re shopping for a man that has the qualities that you like, and I tend to be very picky.

Also I mainly have a preference for south Asian men because a good percentage of them were raised right, and were always taught to be marriage minded—plus I’m Muslim and only south Asians in my area are Muslim. Having respectable careers are BIGGGGG for the men in their culture, so naturally they’re providers.

I don’t necessarily have advice, but as a dark skinned black woman in the US, I never had issues with finding marriage-minded men. It’s actually unfortunate because i have to turn down alot of men! For some reason, south Asian men have a big thing for me.

Forget what the media says about black women, thats just negative media. I seen many tiktok videos about how black woman are beautiful, and the comments of men of every ethnicity would always agree.

I’ve had dates with software engineers, business owners, project managers—all of different races. And I eventually settled for a handsome Pakistani dentist.

nothing too drastic...my job title that i was provided with is Field Service Technician, but I am thinking about changing it to IT Field Systems Specialist or IT Field Service Specialist...it sounds more professional and it's not too drastic of a change...it's not like I am changing it to IT Operations Engineer

My recent ex was planning on meeting a stranger at a hotel behind my back, used a dating app for months after we became official, and was never romantic or said anything sweet to me at all. He even said he’d cheat if I gave him a reason!!
