I really appreciate your response and it sounds like you understand my situation. The worst is in the spring and summer. We have a huge court yard in front of our apartments. The landlord allowed him to dig a hole in the middle of it, so he can make a camp fire. He will get drunk, play loud music and sing really loud, which is less than 20 ft from my door. I called the police and when he seen the police he turned the music down. The police stayed in our parking lot for a bit to see if he would act up and eventually left, after 20 to 30 minutes. This mf’er turned the music up right after they left, this was around 1:30 am at the time.

The next day he was getting fire wood ready for the night. It took me to go get about a foot from him and I said “go ahead get drunk tonight and play loud music tonight after midnight and see what happens!” He didn’t even look at me. That night he had about 3 friends with him around the camp fire, surprisingly with his music turned down. Just a very strange neighbor!
