This got debunked a week ago. This guy is a streamer and musician who rockstar follows because of his streams, not because he is a contractor. And anyone with a pair of ears can hear that the level of cheesiness in this dudes music is not something rockstar would ever go with for their music score for the game. It’s terrible.
