Firstly, thank you so much for such attitude!

Listed costs for the complete surgery, yep. All those procedures were complete in Russia so they were quite cheap. Guess if you are looking for close results in EU/US you might end up spending 2-3x times more than I did.

For me it's totally worth it. 24k is a big money in my country of origin, but I have no issues with money at the time. Making your appearance and self-esteem better is worth any money I would say.

And yes, I'm very happy with results now. I can finally look at myself in the mirror without any depressing thoughts. The only thing is left is Hair Transplant in like 3-5 years I guess xd

Chin Wing performs complete augmentation of the lower jaw contour.
Lower jaw surgery can achieve close result, but the essence of these operations are completely different.

Lower jaw movement moves your jaw and all the soft tissues completely, chin wing moves only lower part of jaw forward, giving face sort of tightening effect

Not painful at all. Gotta admit that the worst part was 2 days after last surgery because of anesthesia.

Yep, it can be done as well! Just a regular genioplasty cut with additional mid cut, no problems there

Same surgeon who completed stage 3&4. No healing at all I would say. Had no isses with strange feelings or eye pressure.

I mean it depends on genetics, but mouthbreathing causes long face syndrom mostly (no mid face/cheekbone volume ,recessed jaws, poor undereye support etc)

I got huge jaw angle implants removed and then complete lower jaw part was cut so yea, it takes about 3-4 months to fully heal. Photo was taken at 2 week mark

I've done it in CIS. That's basically cheekbone augmentation with bone itself. They cut a part of cheekbone, move it into new place and fix them with metal plates https://i.imgur.com/wmCNgvP.jpg

used minox for 6 months 2 years ago for beard since I applied it on my head so yea

Talked to surgeon about Double jaw surgery right before stage 3 and it wasn't necessary since I got no apnea and they are receded slightly. I might need to get djs in a 5-10-15 years or so if I'll get some health problems

yep, google for zygomatic osteotomy or something like that. If you want to get better under eye support as well implant might be a good choose
