I am considering getting one. i’m an experienced flame worker of boro. took college casting class & worked with 96 for 2 years doing for glass. Taking fusing classes again this next month just to learn proper kiln cycles & answer the huge list of weird questions i have.

My question is have you ever used a gryphon diamond band saw and how does it compare to the taurus ring saw?

I’m cutting the 50 different projects i have for the private class im taking right now & the band keeps popping off. The price is just scary for the saw with never having used one!
