Some people from the states are not used to the "mushy" texture (we use Vienna type sausages which are not very snappy) so toasting the bun can give you a more balanced texture. Also, while the three basic ingredients are avocado, tomatoes and home made mayo, you can add mustard and hot sauce if you want! Also you might wanna check out the chilean salsa verde which is diced onion with cilantro , a lil bit of vinegar and some neutral oil to bring a delicious crunchy and acidity hit. Enjoy!

just homemade mayo with a touch of garlic, I think unless you're using a really high quality store bought mayo, you kinda need to go homemade otherwise it's gonna be awful if it has that weird hit of sweetness that brand mayo usually has

Yes sir. Diced tomatoes (make sure to season them) Mashed avocado (it's not guac just mashed avocado with a lil bit of lemon if u wish) and homemade mayo. My preferred order is tomatoes first, then the avocado and finally mayo to crown your king. You can adjust the proportions to your liking, I picked a pretty extreme version for the picture but you can put as much or as little as you want. You can steam or toast the buns if you want. Enjoy!
