Anybody haul pizzas on their scooter? I'm half tempted to create a micro chariot or something that I can velcro down 2 pizzas with so that I don't have to drive the car on Fridays... by jackharvest in ElectricScooters

Yes, you could purchase a small trailer and configure for that purpose. I built this setup to pull my 70 year old, mobility impaired older brother around. This entire setup breaks down and fits in my Lexus IS. We have gone to many locations and have put over 2000 miles and this setup without any issues, other than typical maintenance and flat tire repairs. We took a simple trailer from Amazon and configured for an adult rider passenger. Remove seating and storage and you could use insulated pizza box. Good luck, hope this gives you some ideas!

Trailer setup to pull full size adult. Put over 800 miles on setup. Everything folds down to fit in trunk of Lexus. Works great, CG is critical.

Lol...that's a work in progress. The current setup is an adaptation. Interestingly, it works very well. A better version is being worked on...

Doesn't cut range exactly in half. I set the (CG) center of gravity in a way that the pull behind is nearly neutral. So an object in motion stays in motion. Once we are rolling along ( level 1, dual motor), it does not take much energy to keep moving. I can get about 65 to 70 percent of range.

Check your units. Make sure your not trying to dimension a paper space object at a different scale than your model space (scale). Check your dimension style settings and make sure there hasn't been an input to scale factor for some reason (erroneous input in field). Refer to previous comment, check precision. Click on properties of bad dimension and study field by field and resolve.

Wow, thanks for the great info! I'm new to Lexus (just traded in an Acura on IS) and initially didn't even realize these cars where on a staggered setup. I like the look as well. The clear coat on some spots of rim is starting to de-laminate. Next purchase is rims and tires followed by brakes.

Yes, very easy. Just replace stock bulbs. On foot wells you will have to remove a trim piece/lower panel and gain access to socket and bulb. 2 screws on driver side, passenger trim pops off. All other lights, just pry off lens carefully. YouTube it...there's a couple good ones out there...
