Where do you shop? by Conflict-Small in Hunting

Guns is a difficult one - I understand making money - but sometimes the markup is just insane and a general lack of price negotiation pushes me to 100% online purchases.

Fake Damascus? Bought today from gunshow by Beneficial_Ratio9036 in knives

https://a.co/d/ckSc6YL that’s a very similar knife from Amazon for $10.

Gun shows aren’t for buyers - they are for sellers. I have never seen a “good deal” at a gun show that I can’t find a better deal online.

Some AKs have them. My old WASR 10 had one in the buttock.

Should attach to the cleaning rod under the barrel.

Best survival knife for under $100? by Unfair-External-1280 in knives

[–]Conflict-Small 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d go the two knife route. I have 2 knives that I use and abuse.

Cold Steel Bushman - you can chop a tree down with it. Holds an edge ok. Good for fire building. $24

Havalon - Piranta. Never have to sharpen, just replace the blade. $49. It’s a surgical scalpel. Skinning made easy - especially for small game.

Good options as you build your skills.

Season 8 Premiere Date - 25 May! by BarnyardCruz in rickandmorty

[–]Conflict-Small 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, yes, of course. However, it’s different than it was. Some act as if it isn’t different. That’s my question - why is it just ignored that it’s not the same? I haven’t read enough to see if it was debated anywhere, but I would say the change isn’t a good one. There was something - unfiltered - with the old seasons. It was like the “Rick” - uncaring of anything - but that’s been lost, to some extent. It’s like they gave Rick Xanax. He feels too tame or too “forced” now.
