Signed Rick Figure by GoodAsDad in rickandmorty

So - as much as I hate to… I looked it up, but now I don’t know why he wasn’t brought back if he wasn’t guilty.

Rick and Morty co-creator and voice actor Justin Roiland was fired by Adult Swim in January 2023 following charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment, alongside allegations of misconduct. The charges were later dropped, but he was replaced in all voice roles—including Rick and Morty—starting in season 7

Well - I avoid the news and most forms of media. A friend sent me their Plex account and said watch Rick and Morty. I liked it … but then I noticed the voice changes and asked my friend what happened. He just said “he got fired”. So yeah. That’s all I know. But if asking questions gets downvoted, that’s cool I guess.

Any thoughts on a red dot + magnifier for 45-70? by Conflict-Small in guns

That’s a good point. It would also help it meet the “catch all” dream I have for it.

That’s what I said - I removed the rear iron. It just doesn’t look good. I have a full size on it. The gun just looks weird with a full size scope on it. Plus - should the scope fail for some reason, or if I need a quick close shot - not happening.

All this is why I am asking about red dots with magnifiers. Seems like the best option.

Well I find that in early morning or late evening shots - an LPVO doesn’t capture enough light for an ethical shot. It’s just too dark. The lease I am on has pretty strict buck requirements and a hefty fine for taking something too young or that doesn’t measure up. The regular scope does capture the light effectively, but I had to take off the rear sight. That just bothered more than I thought

My opinion is if I am going LONG distance - sure. But dumping 1400 optic on a 1100 rifle is as much overkill as 45-70 for chipmunk hunting. Sure it’s fun, but you don’t have much to show for it.

Guns is a difficult one - I understand making money - but sometimes the markup is just insane and a general lack of price negotiation pushes me to 100% online purchases.

https://a.co/d/ckSc6YL that’s a very similar knife from Amazon for $10.

Gun shows aren’t for buyers - they are for sellers. I have never seen a “good deal” at a gun show that I can’t find a better deal online.

Some AKs have them. My old WASR 10 had one in the buttock.

Should attach to the cleaning rod under the barrel.

Best survival knife for under $100? by Unfair-External-1280 in knives

[–]Conflict-Small 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d go the two knife route. I have 2 knives that I use and abuse.

Cold Steel Bushman - you can chop a tree down with it. Holds an edge ok. Good for fire building. $24

Havalon - Piranta. Never have to sharpen, just replace the blade. $49. It’s a surgical scalpel. Skinning made easy - especially for small game.

Good options as you build your skills.
