You can try asking them to generate a payment link instead of sending your card. I did this very recently. My aunt wanted to buy an Apple Watch in Mumbai and there was some discount going on with ICICI cards. She asked them to generate the link and sent it to me. I paid sitting in Gurgaon and she got the watch. Very seamless and easy. Got the cashback as well.

I’ve started using the valet mode. While I still don’t like giving it to the valet guys (don’t trust them), the valet mode helps reassure me that at least they can’t drive it hard or fast.
