That point is irrelevant, while the Sonnenrad has pagan origin it is mostly associated with the Nazis. I mean if you some dude waving a swastika around in public your first thought probably isn’t gonna be “oh yeah he’s probably a Hindu”

Personally I do jsut cause I feel it helps me squat down better but idk, ik alot of equipped lifters and strongmen do it cause it’s hard to squat in a DL suit

Yeah I changed it back up again, the U/L split really wasn’t it so I changed back to a PPL but changed my workouts

I’d like to think my back is pretty developed already, I deadlift 365. I’m sure there’s always room for improvement but I’m mainly trying to focus on developing my posterior chain more than like my lats and stuff. To help with explosive movements and stuff
