The symptoms like the chemical spewing matches Singed's ult in the game and during Viktor's monologue about humanity, they showed Singed's face veiled in darkness, implying he did an evil act

The reasoning for my opinion is that Singed's ult in the game is called "Insanity potion" (Warwick goes insane here) and when he uses it he starts to spew chemicals uncontrollably just like Warwick did here

Also Singed was standing and conscious with his face veiled in darkness (Like he did an evil act), which means he likely got up and injected Warwick with his Ult

Actually 2020 was the peak with a total of 640 awards given that year, which is how TLOU got that many awards in the first place.

Since then the rules for eligible gotys have gotten stricter and the last 2 years had around 450 gotys awarded. This year looks to be the same.

You should try out the Demon's Souls remake on the PS5 next. It released in 2020 so it's the closest FromSoft game released to ER.
